A most valuable and responsible word for which it can be said that the world is rotating through the efficient and honest guidance of a most able quality personality called a teacher. It is a well established and ancient old highly respected and graceful word which has a great ability to transform the life of people undergoing its true guidance. The word teacher has its various full forms among which one is described as ‘Trained-Efficient-Able-Cheerful-Honest-Enthusiastic-Resourceful’. A teacher is one who has the command of moulding the students life structure from the earth to the sky. The teachings transferred from books to the students through the teacher are deep studied and understood by the teacher himself so that the enthusiastic mind of his students capture the wide and true correct knowledge because they have to transform the world and society through their knowledge and workings in future. The most ancient and educated word in the world which has a most reliable and supportive characteristic in every field of society is ‘teacher’. Variety of fields needing guidance and training like education, farming, sports, defence services, driving, service sectors etc are all successful through the services of teacher.

         

A domain which has a strategic magnificent form having a clarified specific high identity for which every person whether a pupil or non-pupil has admiring point of view is the teaching domain.  A teaching profession which is as old as human existence has a very great role in the making of the world and society good and inventive for the benefit of the world. All the educated people who create and invent in various fields and  work in various services are trained and educated by teacher. There is no success without a true guidance provided by an honest and dedicated teacher. Knowledge is received and further utilized for benefit of the world is the correct teaching of a teacher. Without teacher, complete knowledge of anything in education is incomplete and may be incorrect and inappropriate. Although, there is everything available in books and books are easily available, but doubts and broad deep inside meaning would not be highlighted to a student which only a teacher can explain who has devoted his extreme time in understanding and studying the subject. The role of a teacher is too extensive and unmatched which can not be valued in terms of money. Although, teaching is a profession and a teacher earning for living is through this profession. The stipend paid to the teacher for his teaching service is his source of earning his living. It is a profession. So, remuneration paid against teaching service is appropriate and compulsory.

            

A teacher is a builder of his pupils future, he is a nation builder too. He helps them to prepare for their future career with honest responsibility and complete dedication so that they fulfill their responsibility for their family, country and society. Their good future is good for everyone. The teacher’s responsibility is also to make pupils cultured and good citizen. Because such people can create a society of goodness and explore similar qualities performing happiness and positivity for all in the environment.  The trained people further move successfully in the world in different fields and use their talent for new inventory programmes, growth, improvements, and developments. The world in every century has seen great developments which were the imaginations for humans. The education enables all dreams to come true and the teacher is the super role model for the creation and designing of all such dreams. A teacher is a systematic moulder of the new minds of young people who introduces his subject to the students in the technically designed way which enables them to understand and move ahead with accurate knowledge making them successful and competitive. The changing time has changed the system and method of teaching profession also. In the modern world, the teacher has also to update himself as the new technologies and education system have changed the whole system of teaching. The easy and new technical way to teach in the system is more in air which is flexible and more accepted by the new generation.                                   

           

The new methods and skills are more likely received by all and the teachers also to have to go hand to hand with new technology. The world has become too much advance and human has developed so high that he is trying to control death. The scientific technology invented by human has encouraged him to go beyond his limit. Human has travelled in the universe which was an amazing world some decades back. All these extraordinary developments have been possible due to education and teacher is the medium spreading knowledge all over the world. Teacher has the credit in the opening of bright doors for the people who want to educate themselves or their wards for their shining career. A good educated person helps society also to develop and grow. The world is moving with the goodness and good knowledge. The correct knowledge and true culture is directed to the people by the teacher which construct a positive base and strong building structure of success and prosperity. One who guides and shows true paths is also a teacher. Presenting and explaining goodness and right path for the true and beautiful world full of happiness and good deeds is also the character of a good teacher. That is why a teacher is called a nation builder.

The features of a good teacher are true knowledge, true character, true guide, a constructer of good culture, and a dedicated personality.
