Good health is a boon for those who own it. Some acquire good health with some hard work out, balanced diet, yoga. Good health is a base of prosperity, happy life, good social status, good circle of like-minded people, confidence and strength for success. It is said that health is wealth. It is all true because a healthy body person is capable of working more confidently with positive attitude towards the achieving target. Life is to be lived, it is to be enjoyed by serving and helping others. One can help others who are in need only when he himself is competent with life necessities. A healthy person is basically adequate with confidence for earning life accessories who therefore, can involve himself in serving needy and poor. Good health is a booster after a normal health which doesn’t allow environment of negativity exist around itself.
Health is what is gifted by God. It is a nature that health
is hereditary as it is seen that healthy parents have healthy kids and weak
parents have weak kids. After it the matter jumps to being healthy by a will
power. A person is healthy who wants to be healthy. Some balanced diet, good
daily routine, little exercise and being happy are the source of being healthy.
A healthy body has a healthy mind. It has been noticed that a healthy person is
seen more straight forward and have courage to take decisions more boldly. They
have confidence to accept the challenges and hit them hard with their will
power to win. A healthy body has strong will power and its positive attitude is
always high. Their winning desire is always predominant due to healthy
consideration. Good health is a matter of choice too. It is a research that not
many but a large amount of generation has a desire to have a good health and
they only are the one who work out for its acquisition. Good health can be
earned and it requires a lot of dedication and renunciation/sacrifice. It is
not in the capacity of everyone. There are many who wish for a good health but
their responsibilities for their family doesn’t permit them to bring time for
these sacrifices. They can not bring out spare time for physical activities
routine. Training for a good health needs time to be spent but too much busy
life style has no remark for extra curricular activities.
Diet is one of the most important factor for a good health. A
balanced diet is the secret of a healthy body and healthy mind. Body needs
accurate nutrients, proteins which a proper prescribed diet provides and it is
not possible for all to have such diet on time as it costs more than a normal daily
diet to live. Also, number of food items covered in a proper diet is not
possible to eat at a time. It is advised to have salad, curd, fruits regularly
in food items so that vitamins, and proteins can be consumed by body as needed
naturally. Oily, spicy, heavy food should not be in a regular diet. For
example: if heavy food is consumed in the afternoon, a light diet is preferred
in dinner. It is suitable to the digestion system of a body. Regular heavy diet
is not recommendable as it weakens the digestive system and hunger. Seasonal
fruits and vegetables are very good to be consumed because they have appropriate
benefits in their season the most.
A good diet with a regular workout is mandatory for a good
and healthy body to live a happy and prosperous life. Early to bed and early to
rise is also a secret of being healthy. It is a nature rule which keeps body
fresh, strong and healthy. It means to say that a good daily life routine
according to nature is helpful to be healthy and prosperous.
