Humans have many responsibilities and who have
responsibilities can not avoid anxiety. Anxiety goes side by side with life. Life
runs with lots of working for living and responsibilities for family, self, society.
All these bring worries for the strugglers and they in many conditions and
circumstances being disappointed can not turn their face from anxiety. Its a
part of working life. Food, shelter, clothing are three main basic needs of
life but these are not the matter of anxiety, the matter of anxiety is living a
standardized life, uprising the societal status, living more luxury life,
compete others to step ahead, keep head high in proud. Actually, the life is too
much competitive now-a-days that strugglers are facing many difficulties to win
and inhale the breath of negativity in fear. As the increase in population, the
competitions for acquiring jobs, building up career, settling satisfied in
life, having job promotions, meeting expenses of day to day needs have created anxiety
in every human being. Whether those who have every suitable facility or have
less ones, all are in anxiety. Riches have anxiety to increase and maintain the
monetary and social status. Middle class has anxiety to be like rich and upraise
their living standard. Poor have anxiety of earning, food, shelter and
clothing. All in saying, anxiety is with everyone whether earning or non
earning.
There are people who are students and
they have much anxiety for their career. They have their future ahead and
families look to them for high results and also their own good future. Life without
anxiety is not possible.The responsible persons who are dedicated to their
working for their family, life, society, nation are always surrounded by clouds
of anxiety. Some have white clouds, some have dark black clouds some have grey
clouds, but more or less have some form of anxiety anyhow (white cloud- less
anxiety, dark black cloud- more anxiety, grey cloud- mid level anxiety). Every
field of humans whether a farmer, lawyer, doctor, driver, manager, labourer,
teacher, student, scientist all have anxiety of their own fields. Family
persons have anxiety of their own form of family problem. It can be termed that anxiety is with everyone may be of
any field. Anxiety can be avoided, it has to be fought against by remedies of
determination, confidence and meditation. It can not be avoided but can be won
over.
Anxiety is a term with everyone, it
is not a word which can not be defeated. There is nothing in this world which
has no solution. If worked wisely, there is a solution for every problem. Many
methods are there which can be adopted to run away anxiety from your mind:-
First is being happy and smiling.
Keep yourself happy by heart and keep yourself busy in communicating funny
communications with your fellows. This will help to forget about the anxiety
for the time being. Jolly environment avoids serious and anxiety pertaining
weather. It rejuvenates mind, sustains boldness and worry free thinking. Jolly
natured people are mostly anxiety free. They don’t care about any type of
anxiety and have nature of working more boldly and happily regularly.
Second formula of removing anxiety is
meditation. Its one of the best ways to beat anxiety. Meditation connects the
inner sense, soul to the universal power and the energy which is regenerated
from within inside through soul and almighty connection is marvelous and
unbeatable. Anxiety is nothing in front of meditation energy. It is a remedy of
many odd things and every obstruction. It empowers internal source of human
power to work and perform in solidarity with kind and honest dedication. So,
anxiety is nothing which can stay in front of meditation.
Third type of method can be adopted
which is easy and enjoying. At the time of anxiety, work of hobby can be
adopted which helps to forget about anxiety in a fast speed. Some have hobby of
cooking, watching movies, playing some favourite sport, talking to a fast
friend, talking to some intellectual learned person. All these hobbies or
conversation will definitely remove the unwanted face of anxiety.
Fourth method is to play with small
kids, they are called the face of God. They help to avoid all types of worries,
anxieties which surrounds over human head. There cuteness, their innocence let
forget everything for some time. So, little kids or little angels are also best
to kick away anxiety.
Fifth one is conversation to God.
When there is God, there is not anxiety, no negativity, no defeat. It is the
supreme power who has solution for every problem whether little or big. Talking
to almighty is all solution. Conversation with God improves the mind’s
vulnerable condition and generates high positive energy in body and soul which
enable the devotee to stand again and combat against the anxiety and problems
as a winning warrior.
Sixth method to fight against anxiety
is thinking positive. Positive vibes are always helpful to make anxiety run
away in no time.
Anxiety can be taken as a big issue
or a little problem, it depends on the human internal boldness. So, without
being fixed in anxiety, these methods can be used to eliminate anxiety.
