Life is fast moving and survival in the most fast and hectic
working life is extremely difficult. Humans are combating in every day to day
struggling life where they get disappointed, frustrated and depressed. A lot of
responsibilities’ pressure and running for earning for life need expenses, humans
face many challenges and feel uncomfortable with little failure. Hard struggle
makes them vulnerable if they feel unable to win over the obstacles. The other name
of life is problem. Every achievement requires deep honest struggle making the
struggler little fearful and negative. When fear of failing occurs in mind and
the struggler fears to fight back again then there becomes the need to improve
self. Studying self and working on self are treatments against fever of defeat.
To overcome the fear and hurdles, self-improvement is a best
medicine. There is a need to clear weakness, incomplete preparedness, study
reasons which rise negativity and lower the level of confidence. At the time of
fear, love to self is one of the accurate solution of the problems. Because the
struggler feels alone and insecure. The love and believe in self improves the
confidence density ensuring stepping back of fear and disappointment. One should
love self and make positive belief that he is the one who can fight more boldly
and win the competition at any cost. The collection
of knowledge and its preparation should be revised and the thorough
revision and extra study will gift back the honour of a winning warrior. Unlimited
fearing time table should be converted to fix learned limited time table which
will lash its strike on the negativity which is responsible of breaking
internal energy. The unripe earthen pot is not safe to keep drinking water. Better
is to ripe the pot, check its sturdiness before its use. It should be remembered
that firm preparation can only make meet the desired achievement.
Self improvement means study self and work on self. Never stand
against self. How one can win against self? The question arises that if both
the opponents are same then who would win and how? The answer is in a fix. It is
to understand that there comes need to support self and fight for self. There is
a fight against odds and hurdles, the stubbornness to win and self support will
be heavy ammunitions of the struggler. There is need to stand with self. Then only
one would love self. Some people have habits of laziness, leaving work on other
day, skipping hard work, these things should be avoided and ignoring. Life is
not laying down in disappointment, its to stand up again, think over the
flaccidity, restart the preparation again with more boldness and stability. The
life is to win, not to sit in worry and fear. One who battles can win, this
saying is a most prominent example for the winners and establishing this
example for other new generations and strugglers. There is need to stand again
and again and realize the inner confident power emerged due to deep study and
honest preparation.
One more best option of self improvement is meditation. It is
an exercise promoting inner voice and firm determination. Meditation is also
termed the energy to over come every anxiety and worry. It is also a self
motivation exercise which builds up the inner energy and improves confidence
and stability. Time is also valuable in the struggling life. Time should be
managed nicely and maximum of time should be spent in preparing and maintaining
bold part of self. Self improvement is an exercise to be conducted regularly
and let the life go happily and confidently. Life has a right to be good and
nice. Let it be.
