Discrimination among people on the basis of their skin colour is called racial discrimination. Fair colour people show partiality with the dark/not fair colour people by declining their status in society and other social back ground. Such type of discrimination is seen in so called developed countries who are much advance and scientifically much ahead in the world. Racial discrimination is a matter of deep concern for the society meant to live for all. The world is a place for everyone whether fair or dark. Although education teaches all for uplifting the mental standard but still some people who are stubborn for the partial rules, let these brooding flourish even in the civilized societies.

There are various cultures in the world, performing their tasks to develop and grow their good rituals and cultures for the benefit of the world. Education has spread all over the world and even tribals are being educated and they are rising high in the society meant for the educated people. After high educated environment everywhere, still racial discrimination exists in some developed countries. This is a black spot on the name of a well cultured society where all people are liable to live and work freely having all rights as fair colour people. The treatment for black or not fair people is disrespective and defaming. As all people have equal rights, blacks object  against partiality and fight for their equality in the society.

Sometimes black/not fair colour people are not treated good by fair colour people in market, in office, in the society and they are not even allowed to live in the colony of white people. This is not same everywhere, only few people are there who obstruct the free living environment and create uncomfortable atmosphere for all. Although, blacks are rising high and approaching at the high level posts in every field. They even govern the states successfully with their intellectuality. They have been selected by the white people society who are helpful in disabling the culture of racism in the world.  It is to be understood that colour is not the matter of discrimination, else deeds are the base of discrimination. Bad deeds persons should be neglected by all which would in other sense help for their improvements. Colour is the nature, not by choice. Who would be black, who would be white is not the choice of matter by humans. It is decided by nature. It is not in the hands of humans. By the way, from the teen age, deeds are countable and they are the differencing source for the people who create clouds of discrimination in the society.  In spite of avoiding black people for their colour, all people should condemn bad deeds people and evict them from their societies. 

Colour does not authorize anyone to be the superior. Thoughts, deeds, education, diligence, dignity are the topics for authorizing superiority. Blacks have equal rights for everything as whites. They live in the same world, the world is for all and superiority should be on the basis of intelligence and good deeds. No one in the world is appointed superior by nature. Everyone is equally eligible to live and work on the basis of ability and education. All rights are reserved by whites as well as blacks. Racial discrimination is a curse in the society which should be neglected and must be abolished.
