Fitness and sports are both interrelated words implying good health and improving fitness. Sports are the physical exercises basically handling the systematic controlling of body movements which enlarge its strength for long time working and increase confidence. Health is a big matter for everyone as  good health is good for a good earning and happy living. A healthy person is more aggressive towards his goal achievements fulfilled with high confidence and high morale. In comparison to a weak body, a healthy person is more effective and more representative in his projects. His confidence enables him to perform more smartly and profitably. Sports are the main source of good fitness and active body. Sportive person is mentally and physically more active than a non-sportive person. Sports persons are always seen energetic, confident, impartial. It is advised to everyone, if possible, to involve in some kind of sport which has physical movement like bad minton, cricket, volleyball, football, gymming etc.

Life moves on in its own timing. Everyone is busy in earning life needs and settling self and family future. The life has become so much hectic that earning money is so time consuming and have pressured humans to expense time to earn more money letting them to live a stressful life. Because of hectic life, the health of the people is drowning which has made them habitual of medicines. Life needs to be happy and enjoyable and with good health it becomes full of energy and pride. Being sportive is the definition of being healthy and happy. In today’s world, maximum people know about the value of sports and being healthy. The life working is so hectic that many don’t have time to go even for recreation. The system of life and working should be manageable. The employment opportunities should be as such that the employees can bring time to keep themselves healthy and fit which reversely improve their working capacity bringing more profitable results.

                     

Sports are the resource of good health. They make mind and body healthy and confident. Sports are a need of a healthy body. Life becomes impressive and effectively representative. Adoption of sports in regular life can improve capability of working and thus improves social standard and living. Sports as suitable to timing and capability should be a part of a daily life. Early morning or evening sport can be adopted within the time and body limit. Easy workout will also lead for a good health and improved working. Sports strengthen the body and mind which is very necessary for living a good healthy happy life. One should have habit of performing in some sport in order to keep update in health and fitness. Fitness with sports is automatically performed and calculation of good health is always upward moving. There is a benefit of being sportive as a sports person keeps self-conscious for good diet and good daily routine. A good diet on time and good daily life routine with involvement in sports is a measurement of a healthy life. Sports are the method of a disciplined life. Early to rise and early to bed is the keynote of a good health. The modern life is so pragmatic because of hectic schedule that humans have turned calculating and less sensible. The system of managed life has disturbed a lot letting to think just for improving and satisfying the life needs. 

Healthy body has the energy to live a disciplined and well managed life. Healthy people can manage the things more confidently and they are always actively involved in maximum responsibilities assigned to them. It is beneficial to be sportive. Sports lead to good health and happy energetic life. A sports life is a life of confidence, discipline, impression, good personality and representative outlook. It is advised to be sportive anyhow and live a happy healthy life.
