             NO PAIN NO GAIN

There are every example of a successful people who worked extremely hard day and night forgetting all comforts to succeed in their professional field. There is no example showing an easy access of success with support of ladder of comfort and easiness. There is no achievement which has been achieved on the basis of smooth and easy working. A success story requires a lot of struggle, hardships, stress, anxiety. One has to leave comfort zone while being on the way to desiring achievement. Gain without pain is no theory in itself. It is nothing in the world which exists like gain without pain. A success after a long difficult struggle is a true honey which has a real sweetness. It can be explained like one who walks several kilometers in the hot sun, actually enjoys the shade of a tree after long kilometers of walk.

The high ranked successful people of the world whether in the business sector or service sector rose high only after a long journey of diligence and struggle. Success is not easy to acquire. There is a lot of competition in every field and one who struggles has to compete in a very high competition and his capability and sense of intelligence worth a lot. The art of crossing over the barriers, striking hard on the problems letting them step back or extinguish, is known by the hard liner winner who has burnt himself in the fire of professional tough competition. Those who have waited for long for their success can really understand its delicious taste. Getting success is not just buying fruits from little far place walking by foot. It is earned by firm determination, bold strength, high inspiration and confirm decision. There needs a stubbornness to earn the desires and opportunities are build up not waited for. There are many circumstances when the strugglers feel desperation after an out of capacity efforts for success and they leave their motto in between the path. They move to something else for their livelihood which they feel is easy and quick to absorb because it is not common for everyone to wait for long for their desired success. The shining stars in the professional life have sacrificed their comfort, happiness, friendship, family relations, and they have become the icons creating large amount of professions to others. The big business icons of the world and high post officials who studied hard, worked honestly, started from a very small scale of package are the examples icons. They leave a milestone for others to be an icon as such.

Pain and gain are both two interrelated words which are coordinator to both. Pain helps to retrieve and strengthen the inner energy resulting in solidarity of decisions to complete the motto. A strong will power is also needed for a great success. A success is what a struggler wants to achieve. A profession is needed for everyone to survive and grow. It is not so that all would obtain the highest platform but who have reached at those places are the icons for others to state that regular preparation and honest working is the key to success. It is learned that when a simple person from a simple family can achieve a big target, then small targets can be achieved with diligence. It means if you strike for the moon then if by chance it misses, one can reach on some star. Means to say that achievement is sure if preparation is for high post, then small posts exams would be cleared easily.

All to say, whether a big target or a small one, both need constant and dedicated preparation with keen hardship. It is not easy to achieve career target. Some pain will have to be endured. Gain without pain is not possible.
