Earning is a life long process for living a life. Without earning, life is not eligible to live and survive. It is not possible to survive separately from earning. It is the first process and necessity of life with which all life activities, life process, schedules, hobbies, responsibilities survive and move. It is a basic requirement to earn for a living. Basic needs like food, shelter and clothes are fulfilled by earning only. All life activities are in existence because of earning. Therefore, the first need of life for humans is the opportunity to earn for their life. Earning is the life long requirement and world moves on the basis of strong economic strength and financial capability. Humans are taught in every field and their motto is focused on earning and growth. Earning maximization is meant a growth in every field of life. Good and increasing earning brings life’s happiness, satisfaction, growth, peace, love, respect, status, wishes fulfillment. Earning is a need and a basic requirement of every human, after that all life activities are performed.

What is learning? Learning is also a life long process in every field of life. Whether it is education, business of any kind, service sector and any life activity which is lived and spent, learner is everywhere. From a student to a labourer, from a high profile professional to a rickshaw puller, all are learners. One learning is that which is received at educational institutes which teach educational syllabus of various subjects like mathematics, science, general knowledge, moral science, history, language subjects etc. Other part of learning is learning through life struggles and problems. This second type of learning starts from the beginning of a professional or non professional life to a well versed matured life. Both learnings keep continuing for ever. Educational learning is from the beginning of an institute life to a whole working life. It remains continue as a professional learning at every stage of a professional life. Because educational knowledge and practical working knowledge both are very different. After the completion of education life, there are a lot of things to be learnt while being at job. That is also termed as earning. Earning knowledge is much gainful rather than focusing on earning wealth. Profound Knowledge is the energy which uplifts career and empowers one to step into the environment of scholars and shoot for the exact target of successive point. Proper, increasing and updated knowledge is a respiratory system for growing and increasing earning in career. This earning is much to be preferred which is valuable in a professional outlook.

Another part of earning is earning while learning at the stage of education level. There are many students who are not capable to face the educational expenses or they have to adjust for their own pocket expenses. For this purpose, they rely on some kind of part time jobs as marketing, tutoring, accounting etc. which help them to manage their educational and personal expenses. Such people are large in numbers and there are many opportunities for such part time workers who want to earn their requirement money along with gaining education. Such part time jobs add positive environment in their mind and high confidence for their future career prospects. They become more eligible for the required vacancies as they already prove their efficiency of dual capacity of learning with earning. Both earning and learning need special power and concentration with dedication for fruitful completion and achievement of goals. Earning while learning is a submarine which moves silently under sea and shots for its target successfully. It means to mention that earning along with learning is a tool to manufacture the ladder for self upliftment leading to the desired career destination.

Earning life lessons while working and earning money while receiving education both are very beneficial and mandatory for life in today’s hard competitive world. The growing population has created the environment of competition very tough and classy. The competitors have to fight hard and practice hard for their success. It is in every field of a professional life. A high competitive atmosphere manufactures a high quality valued professional which every field requires. Earning while learning is appropriate for earning experience before applying for a professional career. While working in the field which is a future career motto while receiving education increases the chances of selection more than a fresher. It ensures that the candidate has practice of working and bearing work load while studying. This strengthens the weight in resume and the confidence at the time of facing interview highlights in facial expressions. The impression of an experienced candidate sparkles much higher and effectively than a fresher one. It increases the weightage in the resume.

In the present environment, institutes themselves are providing one year on job training while being a final year student in order to let them earn some working experience along with their educational degree. This enhances their chance to be more eligible for the vacant posts. Experience candidates are more preferred in market than the fresher ones. So, earning while learning is also mandatory for acquiring working experience other than bringing relief to need of facing expenses.
