         Lack of civic sense

Civic sense is the sightedness of the system of living in a civilized society where people have manners and they obey law and order for maintaining the trend of good civilized living. The laws for civic sense are made and citizens have to obey the rules and laws for a good running society. The education has spread awareness for a civic sense and mostly educated people are more aware and maintain the sense of good living. But in the running hectic and most stressful life, the people are becoming careless and more agrarian in the sense of civic life. They do not regard the laws and flourish themselves senselessly mix with misbehavior and disrespect. The form of nature the modern age people are adopting is ruthless and unaccepting. They are not converting themselves according to laws and meaninglessly laws have to push them for certain fines and charges which they have to bear. Civic sense is for making a system of life which is suitable for a civilized society.

Some people do not manage the laws and operate themselves on the basis of their own rules. For example, there is rule not to spit and not to throw litter anywhere on the road. Although fines are being applied but still without any sense, people contribute their part in keeping roads and other public places dirty and unsafe for others. This is hazardous for them too. In a civilized society, there are many people who unfurl their senseless thoughts by creating trouble here and there and panic among the citizens. Even in the parking places, there are some people who have hot debate at times. Although, parking has some rules and it is a sense that if the space is empty, anyone can park a vehicle. But what happens generally is that some claim a particular place as their permanent place for parking and do not allow some new to enter in that place. It makes scene of collision if other side is also a persistent. Sometimes, the scene becomes critical for both parties engaged in a scuffle. This seems so rubbish and awkward in an educated 21^st century modern world. Basically, problem is that people have lost their patience in the sense of civilization. The busy life at present is in so exertion because of earning money for increasing needs of day to day life that people are not in their temper zone and have no power to control their senses. The civic life of people has gone somewhere else and what they choose for their benefit is right for them.

It is a different matter that ignorance of laws lets create unlawful activities but presence of human sense to understand the right and wrong should act accordingly. Throwing garbage on the streets is no sense in any way. Parking vehicles anywhere on roads creates disturbance in the traffic and constructing new markets by encroachments at roadsides is out of civic life. There are laws for establishing street markets but it is seen that due to increasing population the number of self employment opportunities increase which give emergence of breaking of laws and disturbance in the civic world. The lack of civic sense is also the major factor of misbalanced and mismanaged system representing havoc against civic life.

The teaching and awareness of laws for a better society is spread by law makers and law care takers but still lack of awareness of civic sense disturbance the normal status of common people and the society looks ruthless. There must be a sense of civic norms among all categories of people which is the key for a good and healthy living. This is not the matter of a personal current life, it is a trend setup to maintain a good system of living life in society for coming new generations forever.
