Poverty is the cause of all evils

Life is not easy to live without availability of even basic needs of human life like food, shelter and clothes. They are the first basic needs to survive in the world. Lack of these basic amenities even working hard or having no good option to earn good and leaving a miserable life is called poverty. In other words, lack of money causing hard time to survive for food, home and clothes is defined as poverty. Poverty word itself draws the picture of poor scenery with poor people wearing torn clothes, leaving under self built polythene shelter called slum surviving by begging or selling hand made products like statues, toys etc. at roadside. Poverty is hard to see and people who survive in poverty can only feel and understand the original meaning of poverty. Sometimes, it is hard for them to arrange one time food for themselves. It is very hard to see them in such poor condition showing them begging for food. It is prayed that no one in the world may face poverty. At least everyone may have capacity to fulfill basic needs of life.

It is to understand that if someone who has no opportunity to earn daily bread, the evil mind becomes active and force the poor person to jump into the evil world of activities. Poverty is the most common factor for happening evil activities which compel poor to involve in the evil movements. Poor are in compulsion to be active in evil matters because all doors of their hopes of life promotions shut and they get embarrassed after a long hard struggle and wait. Whey they find no way to get their empty stomach fill, they step into evil mindset. There are many examples everywhere about criminals who are caught being involved in crimes of theft and snatching and it is found that they are poor. Their compulsion to fulfill their basic needs of life and no help all around them by anyone force them to go for crime. Poverty is a curse. It is very hard to even look poor people living in temporary shelters or slums which are not safe in rain and storm. Their poor clothes, unblessed face, surviving for food, shake the heart and soul. At that time, heart prays to God to please bring some help to them so that they may not live a miserable life.

There are many governmental organizations and NGO’s which are striving hard to settle poor people for good life by providing them free food, clothes, shelter and making them learn some technical jobs so that their life improves and their kids live a good normal life. Education to their kids and training to them is also a kind of initiative performed by various public and private sector organizations. There are also many philanthropists/ social activists who are working for poor people by providing some sort of job training to them on their own expenses. Life of many poor people has already been altered and they are living a happy and prestigious life. All over the world, the poor people are being helped and their life has been changing with the kind initiatives of social workers and various organizations. There are many who donate for such kind deeds and people more and more should contribute a little portion of their earning in the upliftment of the life of the poor people. Such helping activities will let them live a respectful life instead of leaning towards unsocial activities.

Increasing population is one of the most common reason of poorness in the world. The increasing population has created the problem of occupation everywhere in the world. Large number of population demands more employment which is a difficult task for every government to employ each citizen at job. Private companies are limited and new industries are not easy to establish. Many poor people start their own employment as tea stalls, small snacks and food shops which help them to earn some money for their survival. Population control can only help to avoid poverty and it is the priority of every government to control population growth to let live every citizen a good and happy poverty free life. All people have right to live a good life and to have opportunity to earn their bread. But growing population is the obstacle and its control is the remedy to remove poverty in the world. Although, various organizations are working for them but still poverty prevails. It is a matter of great concern and it should be given utmost preference.
