Q1. Why do you want job?
Ans. I
want to build my own identity and want to earn money in the service sector.
Q2. Why did you
choose MBA after B.com? Why not M.com?
Ans. I wanted to go for management job. M.com leads for an accountancy job. I
preferred management designation.
Q3. Why
do you want to join this company?
Ans. My
education, my skills, my entire knowledge I received are matching with the
requirements of the vacancy and I believe that I would better perform with full
intellectuality in this company and would be glad to be an initiating working
personality working for its growth.
Q4. Who is your inspiration?
Ans. Family
I belong to, our freedom fighters are my inspirations.
Q5. Why
should we hire you?
Ans. I
am a diligent, dedicated and an enthusiastic personality. My day dreams are big
and I would die hard at my utmost for the achievement of my career goals. I am
on the track named ‘do or die’. This dedication and my stubbornness to win in
career life would be helpful to me and the company I join. If the company hires
me, it can figure out the imaginative benefits through me. So, company can hire
me.
Q6. What
is your salary expectation?
Ans. As
I am a fresher, I would rather go for the company package. After some time of experience
and my fruitful performance, I would calculate my package worth and inform the
company.

is your strength?
Ans. My
strong will power to win and succeed is my strength.
Q8. You
live far away from this city. How would you manage to and fro from your city?
Ans. I
would hire a room, if possible, nearby otherwise anywhere in this city. To and
fro is not the issue.
Q9. If
we offer a very less salary, would you like to join?
Ans. Very
less salary won’t do. Please calculate the expenses of house rent, food, fare
etc. And some other expenses at least I
can manage, the salary should manage all these expenses.
Q10. The
company would offer to fill a job bond for 2 years, would it be ok for you?
Ans. If
the opportunities in the company are letting me expose my skills for continuous
future growth, the bond would be a no issue.
Q11. Why are you interested in this job?
Ans. My
qualifications and career motto match this job. Therefore, I am interested
for it.
Q12. Why
did you leave last job?
Ans. Although,
on company’s remarks my performance was satisfactory. I wanted to go for
further growth using my analytical ability to explore my potential on more wide
platform, so I left last job.
Q13. Where
do you expect yourself after 5 years?
Ans. I
would be at the next upper post after 5 years or may be early if my performance
card shines bright.

you comfortable in shifts or want a general timing?
Ans. I
am comfortable in shifts and general both.

is your weakness?
Ans. Shopping,
