Ans.   Interview facing is a common and inevitable point of stage for starting a professional life. One who is getting education will have to face interview to enter in a professional life. Interview facing is an issue for the freshers in itself, and it is instinctive. The first time interview facing candidates feel little fear and unhandy while imagining the picture of interview session in a company. The first interview fear is with everyone. This is a psychic situation with every job aspirant who is going to face interview. The gained knowledge through hard study supports a lot but because the candidate’s interview is the first stage which he has to go through, the first interview phobia encircles the mind. There are some useful tricks mentioned below to overcome the phobia and face interview confidently:-

1.     1.  The first step to feel comfortable in facing a first interview is to keep calm and not to think too much about the interview. As in general life situations, we take decisions and create quick replies at once, let it be a usual general situation as in usual life. The preparation is already done, nothing to think about the interview too much. Let it be a general/normal situation. It would let you be worry free.

2.    2.  Behave normal and never be an artificial personality in your outlook. Be a normal official person expression wise.

3.     3. Keep in mind that you will not be selected. It will let you be in intense confidence because it will enhance the positive energy in mind and let you reply all questions boldly instead of feeling tense for fear of being wrong in answers.

4.   4.  In the true sense the fear is natural, but if it empowers the candidate's mind, it leads to non selection in interview. So, to overthrow the loss and embrace the victory, be brave and worry free of receiving the job. It in turn will let you face the questions hassle free and you would reply all questions confidently.

5.      5.  Don’t over think for the interview questions. Just be cool and feel you are just there to examine the interview session. You are not there for job. You visited the place to learn something. It will let you feel comfortable and free from any kind of pressure.

6.    6. You are a kind of personality which not everyone will acquire. Your education, your ability, your preparation is extreme. These thoughts will never let you degrade your morale.

7.      7. Don’t beg for a job. This is a great point of view to be a kind of personality who is well prepared, well educated and who has acquired high profile knowledge through education. A sincerely dedicated student is a high qualified and good knowledgeable candidate who is topful with proper knowledge and sense of general intelligence, he should adopt the confidence that he is capable of fulfilling the company’s requirements for the job and his working part would benefit the company.

8.      8.  Never let negativity peek your way. Just be positive and confident.
